Return & Exchange Policy

We do hope you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you would like to return your goods to us, we will be happy to provide a full refund or exchange.

Returns

Faulty Goods:

We are happy to replace any goods in the unlikely event that they are faulty. We will normally offer a suitable replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. In the first instance, please alert us by email at (info@fairtradeclergyshirts.co.uk) or by telephone (01256 352178) and a refund or replacement will be actioned. All faults must be advised within 14 days of delivery.

Incorrectly Ordered Goods:

Returns of incorrectly ordered goods or goods no longer required must be cleared with Butler & Butler before return. You will be responsible for any postage costs and packaging. Please make sure that your return is securely packaged and obtain proof of postage. Please also include details of your order number in the package. We reserve the right not to accept returns of non-faulty correctly supplied goods.

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your entitlement to a refund via e-mail within 48 hours of receipt.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

How do I cancel an order?

You have the statutory right to cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. Please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same or the next day that they are received. Please see our Terms and Conditions.

You also have the statutory right to withdraw from the order at any time after it has been dispatched, but no later than 7 working days after the day after you receive the product. This does not affect your statutory rights.
